Using tape, the TRIGGin is placed on the trigger point and provides a positive effect via punctual pressure.

Sounds simple, but there is quite a lot to know. That's why we offer one-day advanced training courses that provide a deeper insight and ensure more application options and routine.

Prerequisites: Trained as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, medical doctor, alternative practitioner, and/or sports scientist
